Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Free Shipping

Carrier: EMS

Cost: Free for orders over $50

Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Read below for exceptions and detailed instructions.

Eligibility Period

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all included accessories
  • Unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Original tags and labels still attached (where applicable)
  • Including all original documentation and manuals
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of photography products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Film Products: 120 Film, Instant Film, Disposables (for hygiene and product integrity)
  • AS-IS Items: AS-IS/Parts/Junk/Repairs items (sold as-is with disclosed conditions)
  • Lab Products: Opened or used lab products (cannot be resold once opened)
  • Limited Items: Archived/Sold items (limited availability)
  • Custom Items: Personalized Merch & Apparel (customized items)
  • Any product showing signs of use, installation, or damage not present at shipping

Return & Exchange Process

1Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, you must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Email your request to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Order Number and Date
  • Product(s) to return with names and SKUs
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition
  • Your contact information

2Package Your Items

Once you receive your RA number and instructions:

  • Securely package items in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Place RA number clearly on outside of package
  • Include copy of original order confirmation

3Ship Your Return

Ship to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend:

  • Using trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing insurance for valuable equipment
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error

4Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • We process refund to original payment method
  • For exchanges, we ship replacement item
  • You receive email confirmation once processed

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
  • If exchange item has different price, we process partial refund or charge difference
  • We ship replacement once we receive and process your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email [email protected] with photos
  • We cover return shipping and expedite replacement or refund
